Gender-Bender #1

Dancing - Jazz Age Style
Over a dozen Hood undergraduates kicked-off the rehearsal period for this year's Gender-Bender cabaret!

Dubbed the "HCSMT Ensemble," this year's group will perform the opening and closing numbers at the 2nd Annual Gender-Bender Cabaret. HCSMT expects over twenty students in the ensemble.

Gender-Bender Cabaret co-directors Stacey Axler and Lew Dean announced the group's opening number, Fergie's "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody," featured in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby soundtrack.

Transforming the Gambrill Gymnasium into a 1920's speakeasy, the group learned over a minute of the Jazz Age song. Join us next week as we review this choreography and add more!
